Laura Longman - Violin

Laura Longman began her violin studies at the Flint Institute of Music in Flint, Michigan.  Currently, she is an undergraduate at the University of Michigan studying violin performance with Aaron Berofsky.  Her past teachers include Paula Elliott and Sam Spurbeck.

Laura has performed with the University Symphony Orchestra, University Opera, Arbor Opera Theater, and University of Michigan Gilbert and Sullivan Society.  Her summer studies include the Meadowmount School of Music and the Chautauqua Institute Music Festival.
